Shipping Policy

Shipping Details:
**Safety Vixens is not responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or duties for any orders shipped outside of the United States. 

All packages are shipped via USPS.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time for our team to put together your order before it gets shipped out. Tracking will be provided to you once the item has shipped.

Shipping time varies by location. Due to the shear volume of packages being sent through USPS daily; we are not responsible for any shipping delays.

 *Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray will not be shipped to the following locations: New York,  Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, and Internationally due to legal restrictions. If you mistakingly added pepper spray to a state with restrictions, you will be refunded the cost of the pepper spray or the difference in price of a safety keychain set without pepper spray vs a safety keychain set with pepper spray and the rest of your order will be shipped out. If you only order pepper spray to a state with restrictions, you will recieve a full refund.

*Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles are only shipped within the United States as well as  Puerto Rico.

 

Safety Vixens is not responsible for any lost packages that have been marked "delivered." For any lost packages; please file a claim with USPS directly. Orders with insufficient address that are returned back to us will be cancelled & refunded minus original shipping costs. If customer chooses to have order re-shipped, there will be a $5 re-shipment fee.
